Apply Online Rental Application

From here you can complete and submit your application online.

Each adult (18 or older) must submit his/her own application. There are two parts: the application form and the application fee. To complete the form click the button below.

The fee is $25 per application. Click here to pay online with a credit card or electronic check at Paylease.com. If you are paying online for multiple applications please email us at rent@rpmslcwest.com with the names of all applicants. You can also pay in person at our office. Please note that we cannot process your application until we receive the fee.

When you click Apply Online, you will see the application appear in a new window, using our SECURE SERVER.

You can verify the certificate of the server by clicking on the lock located in the bottom right of your internet browser (or the URL bar in IE 7), or by right clicking on the page and selecting the properties option.
