We do not charge a lease set-up fee or monthly minimum. Our monthly management fee is 8% of the gross rent collected (as partners why would your Management Company to be making money on your investment if you aren't). Also, discounts are given for owners with multiple properties or multi-unit buildings.
We do NOT charge an up-front lease up fee or annual lease-up fee (which for other companies is typically 1/2 of first months rent (charged to you every year) or a minimum monthly fee if unrented!
